Billion Motors ships vehicles from the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to multiple international destinations, including but not limited to:

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on the destination and customer preference:

RoRo Shipping (Roll-on / Roll-off)

Vehicles are driven onto the shipping vessel and secured for transport. This is typically the most cost-effective shipping method.

Container Shipping

Vehicles are loaded into secure containers for additional protection during transit.

Land Transportation

For nearby regions, we may arrange truck transportation depending on the destination.

Our team will recommend the best option based on the vehicle and destination.

3. Shipping Processing Time

Once the vehicle purchase is completed and all required documents are prepared:

  • Export documentation preparation: 1–3 business days

  • Vehicle inspection (if required): 1–2 business days

  • Port delivery and shipping booking: 2–5 business days

Total processing time may vary depending on shipping schedules and destination port availability.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated transit times from Dubai:

  • Turkey: 10–20 days

  • Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Qatar / Oman: 5–12 days

  • Other destinations: Depending on shipping route

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by port operations, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method (RoRo or container)

  • Vehicle size and weight

  • Port charges and customs regulations

Customers will receive a full shipping quotation before confirming the order.

6. Customs and Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for:

  • Understanding the import laws and regulations of their destination country

  • Paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their local authorities

Billion Motors will provide all necessary export documentation to assist with the import process.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your vehicle has been shipped, our team will provide:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Vessel information

  • Estimated arrival time

You will be able to track the shipment through the shipping line when available.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Billion Motors is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping line schedules

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Port congestion

  • Government regulations

9. Damaged Shipments

Vehicles are carefully inspected before shipment. In the rare event of shipping damage:

  • Customers should inspect the vehicle at the port upon arrival

  • Any issues must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier and our team
